Our organic saffron is grown with care and dedication. Every year we analyze our spice several times to make sure we offer a saffron rich in antioxidants and stable over time
The pursuit of the highest quality is our main goal. We do not do an extensive cultivation and all the saffron we collect we can dry it in a few hours, in order to make the product stable and not lose the health properties of the spice.
We are in contact with the main universities in central and southern Italy to improve the drying and conservation phases of saffron in order to offer a product rich in antioxidants.
